Quick and flavorful air fryer fish tacos topped with a refreshing cilantro lime slaw.

- 1 pound white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add the fish fillets to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the spice mixture.
- Place the seasoned fish fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the fish in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flaky.
- While the fish is cooking, prepare the cilantro lime slaw. In a separate bowl, mix together shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Once the fish is done, remove it from the air fryer and flake it into pieces with a fork.
- Assemble the tacos by placing flaked fish on each tortilla, followed by a generous portion of cilantro lime slaw.
- Top with a dollop of sour cream and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to use any white fish of your choice.
