Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt and sugar. Stir until the sugar is well incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the batter is fully blended and creamy.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
