Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt and sugar. Stir until the sugar is well incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the batter is fully blended and creamy.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, slice the yogurt cake and serve plain or with your favorite toppings.
