- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and then microwave for an additional 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
- Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix until combined.
- Add the egg and everything bagel seasoning to the mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Place the bagel bites in the air fryer basket, making sure they are spaced apart.
- Air fry the bites for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
