- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut and almond flour. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or a double boiler until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the coconut and almond mixture. Stir until well coated.
- Using your hands, form small balls from the mixture, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the balls for approximately 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of salt to the mixture.
- You may also roll the balls in additional shredded coconut for extra texture.
