Description
Easy and delicious no-bake coconut bars made with only three ingredients: shredded coconut, coconut oil, and honey or maple syrup.
Ingredients

- 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the unsweetened shredded coconut and melted coconut oil.
- Add the honey or maple syrup to the mixture and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the coconut mixture into the dish and spread it evenly.
- Press the mixture down firmly to ensure it sticks together.
- Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until the mixture is set.
- Once set, remove from the refrigerator and cut into bars of desired size.
- Store the coconut bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes
- For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey.
- Feel free to add chocolate chips or nuts for additional flavor and texture.
