Description

Easy 3-Ingredient Coconut Bars are a no-bake dessert that combines shredded coconut, coconut flour, and maple syrup for a delicious, healthy treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut and coconut flour. Mix well until they are evenly combined.
  2. Gradually pour in the maple syrup while mixing continuously. Ensure that all the dry ingredients are fully incorporated into a sticky mixture.
  3. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Press the coconut mixture firmly into the dish, smoothing it out evenly across the surface.
  4. Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the bars to set.
  5. Once set, remove from the refrigerator and lift the coconut mixture out using the edges of the parchment paper.
  6. Cut into squares or bars of your desired size. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
