- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut and coconut flour. Mix well until they are evenly combined.
- Gradually pour in the maple syrup while mixing continuously. Ensure that all the dry ingredients are fully incorporated into a sticky mixture.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Press the coconut mixture firmly into the dish, smoothing it out evenly across the surface.
- Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the bars to set.
- Once set, remove from the refrigerator and lift the coconut mixture out using the edges of the parchment paper.
- Cut into squares or bars of your desired size. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
