- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, baking soda, and salt. Mix well to ensure even distribution.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until thoroughly combined, forming a smooth batter.
