Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning mix. Mix well until fully combined.
  3. Use a sharp knife to create a pocket in each chicken breast by cutting horizontally into the thickest part of the meat.
  4. Fill each chicken breast pocket with the buffalo cheese mixture, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
  5. Season the outside of the stuffed chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes to get a crispy top if desired.
