Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, cocoa powder, and erythritol. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the cake balls on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Once chilled, serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
