Description
A healthy and quick Chicken Cabbage Stir-Fry featuring tender chicken and crisp vegetables, flavored with soy sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shredded cabbage, sliced bell pepper, and julienned carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet.
- Pour the soy sauce over the mixture and stir well to combine all ingredients. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Adjust seasoning with more salt or pepper if needed, then remove from heat.
- Serve hot and enjoy your Chicken Cabbage Stir-Fry!

- Feel free to add other vegetables like broccoli or snap peas for extra crunch.
- For a spicier version, consider adding red pepper flakes.
