Description

A healthy and quick Chicken Cabbage Stir-Fry featuring tender chicken and crisp vegetables, flavored with soy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add the shredded cabbage, sliced bell pepper, and julienned carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet.
  7. Pour the soy sauce over the mixture and stir well to combine all ingredients. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  8. Adjust seasoning with more salt or pepper if needed, then remove from heat.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy your Chicken Cabbage Stir-Fry!
