- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
- 2 tablespoons sweetener (erythritol or your choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add the cocoa powder and sweetener to the water, whisking until completely dissolved.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the cocoa mixture. Stir well until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
- Add the chocolate protein powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or individual serving cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the jello is fully set.
- Once set, gently remove the jello from the molds and serve chilled.
