Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl with the seasoning mix and toss until they are evenly coated.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the skin is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Optional: For extra crispiness, broil the chicken thighs for an additional 2-3 minutes.
