- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup dulce de leche
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the dulce de leche, and mix until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, flour, and a pinch of salt until combined.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Once baked, turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely at room temperature. Then, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- For best results, refrigerate the cheesecake overnight before serving.
- Serve with additional dulce de leche drizzled on top for extra richness.
