  • 2 cups (240 g) Bisquick (homemade or store-bought)
  • ⅔ cup (163 g) whole milk
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

Step1: Prepare the Base

  • Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat.
  • Add diced onions, carrots, and celery. Cook for 8–10 minutes until softened.

Step2: Create the Broth

  • Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir to coat.
  • Gradually pour in chicken broth while whisking to ensure a smooth mixture.
