Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
  2. Add the chopped imitation crab meat, finely chopped green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
  3. Gently fold the ingredients together until evenly mixed, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
  4. Transfer the crab dip to a serving dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh vegetable sticks.
