- 8 ounces imitation crab meat, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- Add the chopped imitation crab meat, finely chopped green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
- Gently fold the ingredients together until evenly mixed, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
- Transfer the crab dip to a serving dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh vegetable sticks.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, consider adding a dash of hot sauce or a bit of chopped jalapeño.
- This dip can be made a day in advance for convenience.
