  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Do not over mix.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
