- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Do not over mix.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Ensure not to over mix the batter for fudgier brownies.
