- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease it lightly with butter or oil.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread it evenly across the surface.
- Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the crepe carefully and cook for an additional 1 minute on the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate.
- Serve warm, optionally with your favorite fillings or toppings.
