Ingredients

- 1 cup gluten-free crispy rice cereal
- 1/2 cup natural almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the almond butter and maple syrup over low heat. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and add the gluten-free crispy rice cereal. Mix until the cereal is fully coated with the almond butter mixture.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the pan and press it down firmly and evenly with a spatula.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the bars to set.
- Once set, remove the bars from the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into squares or rectangles as desired.
- Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
