Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Use a sharp knife to create a pocket in each chicken breast.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the mushroom mixture, ensuring they are filled evenly.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
