- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar-free pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, and erythritol until well mixed.
- Add melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and salt to the flour mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough evenly into the muffin tin, pressing it down to form a crust at the bottom of each cup.
- In another bowl, mix chopped pecans and sugar-free maple syrup until the pecans are well coated.
- Spoon the pecan filling evenly into each tart shell, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and allow the tarts to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For a nuttier flavor, you can add additional chopped nuts or spices.
- These tarts can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
