- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Optional: Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper if using.
- Spoon tablespoon-sized amounts of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let the cheese crisps cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
