Keto Cheese Crisps are a perfect low-carb snack that you can make quickly and easily.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Optional: Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper if using.
  4. Spoon tablespoon-sized amounts of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the cheese crisps cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
