Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease individual ramekins with butter.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until fully combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly mixed.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared ramekins, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the soufflés are puffed and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
