A delicious and easy Keto Chicken Parmesan Casserole that combines tender chicken, marinara sauce, and plenty of cheese for a comforting meal.

- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top of the casserole mixture.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Once cooked, allow the casserole to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
