Description

A delicious and easy Keto Chicken Parmesan Casserole that combines tender chicken, marinara sauce, and plenty of cheese for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top of the casserole mixture.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Once cooked, allow the casserole to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
