Delicious keto-friendly cinnamon pretzels made with fat head dough, perfect for a low-carb snack.

- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/4 cups almond flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup cinnamon
- 1/4 cup erythritol (or preferred sweetener)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute or until both are melted.
- Remove from the microwave and mix until well combined. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- Add the egg to the cheese mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and erythritol. Mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cheese mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a rope, then shape it into a pretzel.
- Place the pretzels on the prepared baking sheet. If desired, brush with a beaten egg for a shiny finish.
- In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and erythritol together. Sprinkle the mixture over the pretzels.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- These pretzels are best served warm.
