Keto Farmer’s Bread is a wholesome and satisfying low-carb breakfast option made with almond flour and flaxseed meal.

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup flaxseed meal
- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Sesame seeds for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, flaxseed meal, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder if using.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, water, and apple cider vinegar, and mix until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
- Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once completely cooled, slice and serve as desired.
Notes
- Can be served with butter or toppings of your choice.
- Great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for several days.
