Description

Keto Farmer’s Bread is a wholesome and satisfying low-carb breakfast option made with almond flour and flaxseed meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup flaxseed meal
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Sesame seeds for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, flaxseed meal, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder if using.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, water, and apple cider vinegar, and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until a dough forms.
  5. Transfer the dough into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
  7. Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Once completely cooled, slice and serve as desired.
