Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Slice the low-carb bread into sticks, approximately 1 inch wide.
- Dip each bread stick into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated evenly.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter, allowing it to melt.
- Place the coated bread sticks in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining butter and bread sticks.
- Serve warm with sugar-free syrup for dipping.
