- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
- Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- In the last minute of cooking, add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes.
- Slice the chicken and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Be careful not to overcook the chicken to keep it tender and juicy.
