  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning on both sides.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Remove the skillet from the heat and let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes.
  6. Slice the chicken and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
