Description

Keto Pasta Noodles are a delicious low-carb alternative to traditional pasta, perfect for those following a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and salt. Mix well.
  2. Crack the eggs into the bowl with the almond flour and mix until a dough forms.
  3. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more almond flour until it is manageable.
  4. Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.
  5. Remove the top sheet of parchment paper and cut the dough into desired noodle shapes using a knife or pizza cutter.
  6. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Carefully drop in the noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until they float.
  7. Remove the noodles from the water and let them drain in a colander.
  8. Serve with your favorite keto-friendly sauce or toppings.
