- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and salt. Mix well.
- Crack the eggs into the bowl with the almond flour and mix until a dough forms.
- If the dough is too sticky, add a little more almond flour until it is manageable.
- Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.
- Remove the top sheet of parchment paper and cut the dough into desired noodle shapes using a knife or pizza cutter.
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Carefully drop in the noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until they float.
- Remove the noodles from the water and let them drain in a colander.
- Serve with your favorite keto-friendly sauce or toppings.
