- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pizza toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.)
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup additional shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded mozzarella cheese, eggs, baking powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into the prepared sheet pan evenly to form the pizza crust. Make sure it reaches the edges of the pan.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until it is golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce evenly over the top.
- Add your desired pizza toppings followed by the additional shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious keto sheet pan pizza!
