Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup pizza toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.)
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup additional shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded mozzarella cheese, eggs, baking powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Press the dough into the prepared sheet pan evenly to form the pizza crust. Make sure it reaches the edges of the pan.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until it is golden brown.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce evenly over the top.
  6. Add your desired pizza toppings followed by the additional shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
