Description

A delicious keto-friendly dessert that is a low-carb twist on the classic tiramisu.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream and cream cheese.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the powdered erythritol and vanilla extract, then beat until fully incorporated.
  4. Dip ladyfingers quickly into the cooled coffee, making sure not to soak them.
  5. In a serving dish, layer half of the dipped ladyfingers on the bottom.
  6. Spread half of the cream mixture over the ladyfingers evenly.
  7. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and top with the remaining cream mixture.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to set.
  9. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
  10. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less erythritol as desired.
  • Experiment with flavored extracts for a twist.
