A delicious keto-friendly dessert that is a low-carb twist on the classic tiramisu.
Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream and cream cheese.
- Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered erythritol and vanilla extract, then beat until fully incorporated.
- Dip ladyfingers quickly into the cooled coffee, making sure not to soak them.
- In a serving dish, layer half of the dipped ladyfingers on the bottom.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the ladyfingers evenly.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and top with the remaining cream mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to set.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less erythritol as desired.
- Experiment with flavored extracts for a twist.
