Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp erythritol (or preferred sweetener)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, erythritol, and salt. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined. The batter should be thick.
  4. Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  5. Lightly grease the waffle maker with cooking spray or oil.
  6. Pour an appropriate amount of batter into the preheated waffle maker. Close the lid and cook until the waffles are golden brown and crispy.
