- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 200g smoked salmon
- 150g cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Roll out the sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to ensure it is even.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly over the puff pastry.
- Layer the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
- Carefully roll the pastry into a tight log, starting from one edge.
- Slice the rolled pastry into 2 cm (approximately 0.8 inches) thick pieces.
- Place the slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
