  • 150g cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Roll out the sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to ensure it is even.
  3. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the puff pastry.
  4. Layer the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Carefully roll the pastry into a tight log, starting from one edge.
  6. Slice the rolled pastry into 2 cm (approximately 0.8 inches) thick pieces.
  7. Place the slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
