Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, ground psyllium husk, salt, and baking powder. Mix well to ensure there are no clumps.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, and water until fully combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until a thick batter forms.
  5. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
