- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup ground psyllium husk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, ground psyllium husk, salt, and baking powder. Mix well to ensure there are no clumps.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, and water until fully combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until a thick batter forms.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, slice the bread and enjoy!
