- 1 large head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
- 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Cook for about 5 minutes until slightly tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is warmed through.
- Remove from heat and add the white cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and well combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower and cheese sauce. Mix well to ensure the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped green onions. Serve warm.
