Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Cook for about 5 minutes until slightly tender, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is warmed through.
  4. Remove from heat and add the white cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and well combined.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower and cheese sauce. Mix well to ensure the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped green onions. Serve warm.
