Description

A delicious low-carb treat made with almond flour, nuts, and sugar-free chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 200g almond flour
  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 80g erythritol or preferred sweetener
  • 2 large eggs
  • 100g mixed nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts)
  • 80g sugar-free chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking dish (approx. 20×20 cm) with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, melted butter, erythritol, and one egg. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. While the crust is baking, chop the mixed nuts coarsely.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the remaining egg and mix it with the chopped nuts.
  7. Once the crust is baked, remove it from the oven and spread the nut mixture evenly over the top.
  8. Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the nuts are golden brown.
  9. Allow the mixture to cool completely before cutting it into squares or triangles.
  10. For the glaze, melt the sugar-free chocolate in a microwave or double boiler, then drizzle it over the cooled nussecken.

  • You can substitute the mixed nuts based on preference or availability.
