- 1 ½ cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
- Add 1 cup of Fruity Pebbles to the mixture and fold them in until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a prepared 9-inch springform pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of Fruity Pebbles on top of the cheesecake mixture.
- Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Once set, carefully remove the springform pan and slice the cheesecake into wedges for serving.
Notes
- This cheesecake needs to be refrigerated for at least 4 hours to set properly.
- Use full-fat cream cheese for the best texture and flavor.
