- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the beaten eggs, allowing the excess to drip off.
- Coat the floret with the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it is fully covered.
- Arrange the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Lightly spray the florets with olive oil spray for added crispiness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add your favorite herbs to the breadcrumb mixture.
