Description

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the beaten eggs, allowing the excess to drip off.
  5. Coat the floret with the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring it is fully covered.
  6. Arrange the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Lightly spray the florets with olive oil spray for added crispiness.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
