- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cups cooked pasta (such as penne or rigatoni)
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add the diced onion and green bell pepper to the skillet with the beef. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked pasta, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top the mixture with the shredded provolone cheese, ensuring an even layer over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the casserole sit for a few minutes before serving.

- Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or spinach for extra nutrition.
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce.
