- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Once the skillet is hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Remove the skillet from heat and spread the cheese mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired before serving.
