Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced beef and teriyaki sauce. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the beef is browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. While the beef is cooking, prepare the rice. Ensure that your jasmine rice is warm and fluffy.
  4. To assemble the rice stack, start with a layer of jasmine rice at the bottom of each serving dish.
  5. Add a layer of the cooked teriyaki beef on top of the rice.
  6. Place sliced avocado over the beef layer.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
  8. Repeat the layers if desired, finishing with a layer of avocado and garnishes on top.
