Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the beef is browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the rice. Ensure that your jasmine rice is warm and fluffy.
- To assemble the rice stack, start with a layer of jasmine rice at the bottom of each serving dish.
- Add a layer of the cooked teriyaki beef on top of the rice.
- Place sliced avocado over the beef layer.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
- Repeat the layers if desired, finishing with a layer of avocado and garnishes on top.
Notes
- Marinating the beef enhances its flavor.
- Adjust the amount of teriyaki sauce based on personal preference.
- For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeños between the layers.
