Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta (your choice)
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup diced green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, enchilada sauce, sour cream, green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and stir until the pasta is thoroughly coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
