- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and almond flour.
- Add the chopped onion to the bowl.
- Season the mixture with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian herbs to taste.
- Use your hands to mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
