Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and almond flour.
  3. Add the chopped onion to the bowl.
  4. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian herbs to taste.
  5. Use your hands to mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  6. Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  8. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
