  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower, shredded cheese, almond flour, salt, and pepper.
  6. Mix until well combined and a dough-like consistency forms.
  7. Form the mixture into stick shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
