  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing all ingredients. Rinse the broccoli florets and set aside. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Stir well to create the marinade.
  3. Add the sliced chicken to the marinade and mix to ensure all pieces are coated. Allow it to marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry with the chicken for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add chopped green onions. Mix well to combine.
  8. Remove from heat and serve the chicken and broccoli stir fry over cooked rice.
