  • 250g pasta, of your choice
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 Cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper as desired
  • Alternatives to substitutes: For a lighter version, try whole wheat pasta, and half-and-half in place of heavy cream.

Instructions

Step 1: Heat olive oil in a pan on moderate temperature. Place the chicken in a pan to cook till golden brown.

Step 2: Boil pasta according to the directions on the package. Remove the pasta and place it aside.

Step 3: In the same pan, add garlic. sauté for one minute until it becomes fragrant.
