- 3 large eggs
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Place the egg whites in a large bowl and the yolks in a separate small bowl.
- Add the cream cheese and baking powder to the bowl with the egg yolks and mix until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer.
- In the bowl with the egg whites, add a pinch of salt. Use another mixer to whip the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
- Gently fold the egg white mixture into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined, being careful not to deflate the egg whites.
- Spread the fluffy mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in a circle, about 1/2 inch thick to form the pizza base.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce over the base.
- Add your choice of toppings, such as shredded cheese, pepperoni, or vegetables.
- Return the pizza to the oven for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice the pizza and enjoy!
