Description

A fluffy and gluten-free pizza base made with cloud bread, topped with your favorite ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Optional toppings: marinara sauce, shredded cheese, pepperoni, vegetables

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Place the egg whites in a large bowl and the yolks in a separate small bowl.
  3. Add the cream cheese and baking powder to the bowl with the egg yolks and mix until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer.
  4. In the bowl with the egg whites, add a pinch of salt. Use another mixer to whip the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
  5. Gently fold the egg white mixture into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined, being careful not to deflate the egg whites.
  6. Spread the fluffy mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in a circle, about 1/2 inch thick to form the pizza base.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce over the base.
  9. Add your choice of toppings, such as shredded cheese, pepperoni, or vegetables.
  10. Return the pizza to the oven for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Slice the pizza and enjoy!
