- 1 cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, and honey (or maple syrup). Mix until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
