- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue to microwave in 15-second intervals until completely melted and mixed well.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients, and mix until well combined.
- Crack the egg into the mixture and stir until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, you can add a little more almond flour.
- Shape the dough into a ball and divide it into portions based on your recipe’s needs (e.g., pizza crust, breadsticks, etc.).
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to your desired thickness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
