  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue to microwave in 15-second intervals until completely melted and mixed well.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  4. Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients, and mix until well combined.
  5. Crack the egg into the mixture and stir until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, you can add a little more almond flour.
  6. Shape the dough into a ball and divide it into portions based on your recipe’s needs (e.g., pizza crust, breadsticks, etc.).
  7. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to your desired thickness.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
