Ingredients

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until fork-tender.
  2. While the cauliflower is cooking, heat a small skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until fragrant and lightly golden.
