- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the cod from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

- Stir in the fresh spinach until wilted.
- Return the cod fillets to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the fish.

- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
