  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the cod from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
